Check - in and out did not take too long, staff were friendly and helpful, nice functional room with a South view and clean bathroom, good buffet breakfast selection, price of the breakfast has stayed the same for a few years so it is quite reasonably priced now. Room was serviced every afternoon.

Loved the location, and clean comfortable rooms. Really can't go wrong for the price. Easy access to rest of the city as close to Central Station to get trams. Great for cheap eats in Chinatown. Room was clean and functional.

Excellent location. Close to Central Railway Station, Chinatown, Pitt St Mall, the light rail. Reception staff were very polite and obliging. Beds very comfortable - had great night's sleeps. I would definitely stay here again. Good value for money.

The property was in a good location for our stay to attend a wedding, there was a good pub up on the corner and Coles nearby. The bed was comfy, the room quiet and a lovely buffet breakfast.

Our hotel room was for 3 singles, and The Metro Harlow was perfect for us, as it was across the road from the Capitol Theatre where we had booked to see a show. We were able to walk to Central Station. The light rail was nearby, and it was a short distance to Paddy's Market, Chinatown and Darling Harbour, as well as being in the city, close to shops and restaurants. It was an ideal place to stay for a group of ladies over 70 years. The staff were friendly and helpful, and a buffet breakfast was available to purchase each morning. There was a good choice of food, both hot and cold, and juices plus tea and coffee. We loved it and will stay there again when we travel to Sydney.
